I'm a new starter for the revit structure, I have a lot of question for this software.
1. How can I create a new rfa with different pile no. with cap (one family)?
2. What is the color table in the revit (same of Autocad)?
3. I don't know how to define the section line type when I export to Autocad
(I need to show soild line and hidden line in the Autocad file)?

Riolai,
Welcome to the wonderful world of revit.
1. File-->New Family-->select appropriate template (best to take tutorials on this before diving in)
2. Revit doesn't use colours to define line weights (best bet would be to take some of the tutorials - you need to change your thinking away from ACAD)
3. Section lines are controlled in settings-->object styles-->annotation tab-->sections... then change the line to what you require.
HTH.

But in Q1. If I have two different size cap and different pile no. how can I put it in one rfa?
(because at this moment I create two rfa for two pile cap with different pile no.)

You need to create additional types in the family and add parameters to make them adjustable. Definitely go through some of the family creation tutorials.
