I'm trying to customize my Revit font on the interface. Is this possible?

I have not seen anything on this. You can change the size of temporary dimensions.

Yes, you can figure out which font it is using and then rename that font in your font directory to something like Backup.ttf and replace it with the font you want to use. So if Revit is using Calibri.ttf, and you want it to be something like HandFS.ttf, then rename Calibri.ttf to Calibri.ttf.bu and rename HandFS.ttf to Calibri.ttf.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS AS IT WILL JACK UP ALL OF YOUR SYSTEM FONTS... but asyou can see it is possible...
