I have been working on a project for months.  I open the file this morning and all my moment connections for my beams are missing all floors.  I reloaded the annotation connection moment filled.  I checked all the visbilities, verified i was on fine detail level.  everything I can think of.  The steel beam properties list it as a moment connection.  If i change it to cantilever moment that symbol appears.  Any ideas?

Thank you

Jennifer

Hello,

Check to see if your annontation symbol for Moment Frame under your structural settings is set to the Moment symbol and not None.

ok... so.... a year later, i'm having this problem.

i have collector dots which randomly like to reset themselves to "none".  after i reload the symbol, they all reappear at the beam ends the way they should - but my question is WHY??  why do they unload in the first place?

Revit 2011, OOB symbol.

terribly embarrasing to issue a sheet for deltas/cloud revisions and have something previously shown just disappear (and go out to the architect un-noticed!)

thanks for any insight.

Some questions to see if we can narrow down the issue.  Is it only happening on this project or all your projects so far, is it a central file with multiple people in the file, if so does this only happen to a "central" project, does it unload each time you save or "randomly", when it does unload what where you doing at the time?  Thanks
