I am currently creating my own tree symbols. I took a filled region in a detail component and loaded it into the RPC Tree BASE family. Then edited that and saved it as a different family, and tested it out. Everything seems to work fine accept some of them are unable to see in view when I use the toposurface as the host. When I pick a floor as a host it shows up. Can you help me find out how to make it show on topo as well? Thanks

when you place them on the topo surface do they appear? often they will move to the level below say level 0 If you look in section you may find them and raise them up. Better is to establish a level near the topo surface you are trying to cover and then place them on that level U may still have to adjust them. I have made a few plants and they are not that difficult. I started with some which have already been done. They attached automatically to surface. There are additional plant materials available at google 3D warehouse.
