i have a plan that has a base bid and an option bid.  in the base bid the 3rd floor is not finished and only has about 10 doors.  in the option bid it is finished and has about 50 doors.  my question is how do i make a base bid door schedule.  i have the option door schedule with all the doors, but i can not figure out how to sort and or filter out a base bid schedule to just list the base bid 10 doors. thanks in advance for your suggestions and help.

Can you filter by number?

You can always add a parameter in the schedule....BASE BID yes/No and filter by that - and turning that column off in your schedule.

HUBB,

I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THE YES/NO OPTION. IT WORKED GREAT I ACTAULLY SAVED SPACE BY NOT HAVING AN EXTRA SCHEDULE, I JUST ADDED TWO COLUMNS, BASE BID AND BID OPTION 001.  THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
