Hi everyone,

I jave a problem with rendering brick metirial in a 3d view. I used a material for the walls as well as the floor's structure and the  brick on the floor's edge were vertical (jpg atteched). then I changed the floor's material position to 90 degrees, now the bricks are in the right rotation as the wall but the floor lines are still visible and cut the bricks pattern (second jpg).

is there a way to make a consistent brick pattern that gos over walls and floors joints?

If you use the align tool on the lines of the pattern, it should also fix where the render patterns originate, and you can make the surface appear unbroken.

Oh-- turn on a surface pattern for your brick material, that'll allow you to control it.

But you might reconsider how you've built your wall/floor so this isn't even neccessary.  like extend thefloor only to the core of the wall.
