So check this simple revit file. I have a window that I have made, for the first time it wont place in a wall of diferent thickness. If I change the wall thickness in the librry part, I can get it to go into the other wall, but then it doesnt go in the previous wall. I have the thickness of the frame locked to the wall thickness...but I can not figure this out. some one help me figure this out please! Screen shot shows error message. included revit file and library part. Michael

There is a problem with the constrain in one of your elements, is the highlighted one. Remove the actual constrain, go to sketch mode in that extrusion, and add there the constrains. Press tab to get the actual points and lines of the extrusion selected... be careful with that.
