Revit 2011 Architectual

My problem is this. I'm making a shed for a CAD course I'm taking at my trade school. I'm a juinor, and my teacher is more of an engineer than a architect. This shed has windows at the very top of the walls, and has a slanted roof. Now the windows on the sides should also be slanted when they meet the roof, but the windows go through the roof. How can I trim them? Or will I have to make a custom window? Here's a picture that might help.

You would have to have a custom window for this as you are now doing it.

Another option would be to use curtain wall windows for all of these.  The mullions could be wood instead of metal and the curtainwall can be sketched with this slope on the side windows.

Thank you for the reply.

I started messing around with the curtain wall, and what I need to know now is just how to line up the mullions to be even and level with each other, maybe just a quick guide on them like a link or something?

Just select the "Mullion" go to properties, edit/new and change the "Offset" parameter
