Greetings.

Will someone advise me on how to change the text for the Spot Elevation?  Somehow our spot elevations now have text that is the wrong font/size, centre justified and located 'just to the left' of the target mark.  In addition, the text angle is not horizontal/vertical.  This happens only within a partial plan view where we used a scope box to 'square up' a portion of the plan that is at an odd angle.  (The angle of the text is similar to the angle of the scope box >> 29d vs -29d).

Don't know how it happened but I'd really like to bring this back under control.

OK ... never mind.  I believe that I found what I was looking for in the Type Properties.  The 'Text Offset from Symbol' locates the text. 

This seems like a strange way to manage this ... there is no setting for Justify and the Offset needs to be a negative value in order to have the text above the line. 

Not sure why Revit does it this way, perhaps this is an example of the relic-like nature of the Spot Elevation.  But if anyone out there has a better way to control the text in the spot elevation, I'd like to hear.
