Hi all, n00b here. When I download some door families from here and then load them in revit (using 'load family' and then selecting the file), only about half of the ones I downloaded appear in the list. There was no error screen or anything...any ideas how to get these families into revit? Does it have to do with different versions of the software? help much appreciated.

If the versions are later than what you are running then they will not load. Since you did not say what version you were running, then this is a good guess.

Either that or they are in an odd catagory. That shouldn't happen with doors, but I have seen some RC families under catagories I wouldn't have expected.

Must be a version issue. Thanks!
