I know how to creat a custom profile for a standard Mullion but is there a way to do it for corner mullions I don't see a profile under the properties in the coner mullion? If you could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated

that's right,
you can't assign a profile to a corner mullion...
you could play with a profile for a mullion and put it at the end, but it can't be a corner mullion.
