Hi, I've been using Revit relatively regularly since revit 2009. Currently, I am using Revit MEP 2011. I am, as I seem to always have in the past, having issues with annotation stuff. I have used Revitcity to download families for a long time and haven't really used the forum at all, but its about time I start. I have several issues with the project im working on now. I appreciate any help I can get! Thanks! Andy 1) Grid line bubbles. The text in the grid line (which is a part of the arch model) is far too large for the bubble. I can go into the architectural model and change the bubble size, but I feel like there must be a better way to edit the bubble while in my local file. however, this is pretty worthless since every time i get an updated model from the architect, i'll need to update the bubbles. how do I make the change in my model? 2) The architectural model has furniture. However, not all the furniture is on the "furniture" workset. I need to choose a workstation, and hide all elements, or that category in several of my sheets. However, even using VG, I am having trouble. Please let me know where my error is. Here is my procedure 1) Type VG for Visibility/Graphics 2) Go to linked model, go to custom 3) Go to model categories, go to custom 4) scroll down to "furniture" and uncheck the box....except its not there and just the stuff from my MEP model  ducts, air terminals, etc) is there What step am I missing to hide all of an element from view? Thanks for any help you guys can offer! Hopefully I can contribute somethign soon.

Sorry, 3rd question. I am unable to use my View Tag on my sheets. I click it, and I can choose among a number of default "Viewports" but i am unable to use my own. How do i do that? I cannot edit the family and when i click load family, it loads. It is even in my family list in the project browser.

1: If you need gridlines and the architect's are unusable for you, I would reccomend using copy/monitor then hiding their grids. 2: In VG there is an option to show catagories from all disciplines. It's probably unchecked by default. Turn that on and you should be able to see the furniture catagory. 3: Select your view on the sheet, then edit it's type properties. You will find a drop down list of all available view titles.
