Hello,

I am running  Revit Architecture on an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU, W3565 @ 3.2GHz with 12.0 GB RAM on 64 bit OS NVIDIA with Quadro 2000 Graphics card.

I am working on a 56mB Central File with a 20mB linke structural revit file, which continues to show display problems when I view it in 3D Camera.

The problems include:

- Structural elements which should not be showing as they sit behind external walls are showing.

- Floor slabs showing when they shouldnt be

- Wierd shadowing glitches

- External curtain wall panels disappeared.

I need to create some Walkthroughs and views for a presentation in 5 days time and Im concerned of Revit not being able to perform.

Can anyone help me please.

Many Thanks in advance

Beau

It seams a Graphic card issue: http://www.autodesk.com/us/revit/revit_graphics_hardware_list_June02.htmlThe "NVIDIA Quadro FX 2000" is "Supported, not recommended ", try to turn off the "Hardware acceleration" in Revit Options, maybe this help....

Thanks Typhoon for the response.

I spoke to our CAD dealer who said to audit, purge, detach and recreate local files. Then he said turn off hardware acceleration and recreate the 3D views and walkthroughs. Oh and close down revit and reopen.

We then have changed to an approved graphics card.

This reduced the quantity of glitches but they are still there. Sadly.

Thanks for your help.
