I am linking to an AutoCAD drawing and the layer colors are different in Revit than they are in AutoCAD. Is there a way to stop that from happening so the colors will appear the same in both?

It has to do with what you selected when originally importing/linking the file. In your file import window make sure to select the desired setting.
