Hi I am trying to add a stone effect to a certain wall I have created. I am not a very experienced user of revit and am therefore having trouble doing this. Under materials and then AccuRender I have found a stone effect which would work. I do not know however how to apply this to the finish of the wall. I have tried editing the wall structure and edited the finish and selected the AccuRender option I wanted but it did not work. Any help Appreciated

Place jpeg/bmp in Revit rendering/materials folder. (application data/autodesk/revit_?/rendering/accurenderredist/support/material) (? is version of revit you are using) Go to maps tab, and Add Go to above location and select your material OK twice and save as a User material I got to this bit however when I went to add I could not find the location as it was searching by picture formats and would not let me change it. Could you either explain it a bit more clearly or is there another way? Cheers

the stone effect only appears in your rendered view, just make sure you are aware of that?
