kpowers active Joined: Sat, Feb 2, 2008 1 Posts No Rating	I have downloaded a file from revit city. I open the file and try to load in my project. It will not let insert family in project it showes it but it is in the background, and can not attach to walls and any in thing in my project

jackhoward active Joined: Mon, Aug 23, 2010 20 Posts No Rating	Be sure the family you downloaded is compatible with the Revit that you are using. Revit Architecture families cannot always be used in Revit MEP for example.
