I have made a Check Mark (to indicate a task is done) as an annotation so that I can place it in any view and on sheets. Problem is, I would love for them to be in a Workset so that I can turn them off universally. Any thoughts how this can be done or a work around? Thanks

If in the annotation family you create a new sub-category - all linework can be in that sub-category and that can be turned off in VG. CAUTION - You can not place text in a sub-category.

Thank you, that worked for the lines in the tag but not so well for the filled region. I actually found a way around it though, I used a Yes/No parameter to turn the object elements on or off and in my families list I can simple set it project wide.
