i am kind new to revit i am working on project where the ground floor is multileveled reanges from +1m to - .75m and i want to be able to show all of them on one level in the plans and etc ... i tried to put a level for every level but revit treats it as if its seprate floor

you can use a different level for each floor if you like. And you may find that you will want to use plan regions to view to use different view limits.

You will want a seperate level for each of these but you can show them all in any one view by adjusting your view range. Th reason why you will need seperate levels is for hosting.
