when i drew a floor, then i found on the corner, i need a bit more 1 m x0.5m slab, how could i modify it, and i do not have to redraw it

Select the floor.
Edit the sketch and make the additional adjustments.
I suggest taking the revit tutorials if you haven't already.

this forum is to help people like yourself with Revit.
though, a lot of your questions can be answered by looking at the tutorials and reading the help files, and searching the forums, that way you will understand much better as well...
