Can anyone tell me if I use Copy/Monitor for Grids from the structural model into my architectural model if the monitor function will be broken if I want to control the end points of the grids. My attempt is to have all grids run by structural but the ends of the bubbles controllable in the different disciple models. So if structural makes a change the grids can be parametrically updated however where the bubbles lie still individual controled per revit model. Can suggestions? Thanks!

Two comments: - When you copy monitor, you then have your own COPY... which obviously you can modify and your consultant will receive an alert if you alter.
- There are two ways to alter grid extents - model (3D) and view (2d). So if you do C/M and only alter 2D,your consultant will not be notified.
