Is there any way to turn ON model element back once it's set "hide in view" by selecting and right clicking? Would be appreciated for any tips/directions.

Click the 'Reveal Hidden Elements' button (lightbulb down where the scale, detail level etc. buttons are), and any hidden elements will show up in red. Select them, then you will have the option to unhide.

Click on the light bulb at the bottom of the screen to "reveal hidden elements", find the element, right click on it and choose un-hide in view.
