Can I place furniture using Revit Structure?

I don't see it under the Architect and Site tab.

I tried Home>Model>Place a Component and it said it was the wrong category.

' Home>Model>Place a Component ' worked for me no problem. Maybe try just doing a drag a drop form Windows Explorer to the Revit Model.

The visibility setting for furniture will be turned off by default.  Drag and drop as DeifyMe suggests then if it doesn’t show up click the “Reveal Hidden Elements” light bulb and they will show in red.  Pick one and select one and click “Unhide Category”.

those suggestions worked. Thanks.

Any way to make Furniture visible for the Project and not just View by View?

This is a default VG setting for MEP.  You can change it in your templates.  In the VG settings, click on the show all categories box and the architectural categories will be visible so you can adjust them.
