I am experminting with Key Notes and I see how to make them actually display the text and not just the Key Note tag (vey cool by the way). My question is how do you handle notes that you want to cross divisions. For instance if you want to note a whole wall or roof assembly all in one key note. There are also general notes and that sort of thing. What is the best way to deal with that sort of thing using the Key note system and displaying the actual text of the Key Note and not just the tag?

Keynotes have been discussed so much in here and there ares so many ways to use them. Those discussions are very interesting and may point you in different directions. As a beginner, do some simple searches in the forums using sigle words. Just search keynote and you will find many pages of posts that will help you. You might also do an advanced search on "general notes".
