Is it possible to place the elevations like the T.O.W. and B.O.W. (top of wall...) on a floor plan like the foundation plan? I can only do it for floors, but not for walls. Maybe Autodesk should know that architects do this...

If you are really above the top of the wall, you can use a spot elevation tag.... but you are not - correct? We use wall tags that have an extender for top of wall conditions. You could create an annotation that is not automatic.
