I am new to Keynotes and excited to have the connection to Specs. I am in the process of identifying Spec. numbers with Materials and Elements. I am showing the Keynotes by "Numbers on Sheet". Since time is limited and I may not no the exact Spec need for a specific Material or Element, is it possible to write in a general note that gets assigned a sequential number in the overall keynote list, BUT the Keynot Text would be not coming from the .txt file but rather something I write in "on the fly". It would be great if I could convert these modified Keynotes to official CSI keynotes later but at this point that is not crucial, I just need to get some notes on the drawing. I think this might be a filter type situation...thanks for advice in advance. B
