Hello All,

I am trying to efficiently document complex exterior wall geometry.  I was hoping to use spot coordinates that could show the X,Y,Z components from a set 0,0.  Then, be able to set up the X,Y,Z components in a schedule which will have to be exported to Excel.  Any suggestions?  Has anyone used the Excitech tool for Revit 2011?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the extensions availble with your subscription .  I thik this is the one you are looking for:

http://www.extensions4revit.com/n/e4r/856/60

Then by using a family that will schedule using this extension - you got it.  That family might be just a point?

Thanks, WWHub!

I am looking for something that would read the coordinates without manual input, do you know if this might do that?  I will research this extension a little further, too.

Thanks again...
