When I import an autcad file into revit, it will not render in colour and I lose all the materials. Everything is mostly white with some shading. What is the issue? I'm at work trying to prepare presentations and AutoDesk will not help even though we have an account with them. I don't have this problem anywhere else, just at work.

This statement confuses me:> "I don't have this problem anywhere else, just at work...." That just doesn't make sense except for you materials location ...Check out your file location mapping. Click on the Revit R and then the options button, there you can assign where your library is.
