I'm having trouble creating my curtain wall. I need to add mullions vertically and horizontally to create glazed panels. Trouble is the mullions just wont load up. I've tried loading them from the profiles section in families but having no success.

Could anyone give me any advice. Please!

From your question, I think you need to spend some time understanding curtain walls.  Here is a good place to learn some of this:  http://revittotd.com/06/225 You will find a whole sequence on curtain walls that will help you there.

sounds like you need to add (curtain grids) before you can add a mullion.
