Check this image. you can see my flat roof set to elevation "height limit" at 0'-0" offset from level, but it still is like a foot above the line. (see line my mouse icon is pointing too...) this happens for my pitched and flat roofs. am I missing something? Warc.

Did you do this roof with overhangs and you picked the edge of your wall for the roof? Think about it, better yet, cut a section. Where is the roof at the wall line?

Yeah, I think thats what it is. its always a toss up which plane the roof ends up with the command choices...its no big deal though as, like you said, a simple section and move will get it in the right place.
