Hello, one conditional statemnt if temperature = -10 degree celcius then Statement if(Temperature = -10 degree celcius), 100 mm , 200 mm) always giving me the 200mm if temperature = -10 the answer should be 100 mm Please suggest me

Hi, can we do not use different units ( like degree celcius and mm ) in one aonditional statement? Plesae suggest me? Thanks
