Hi- Whats the most efficient way to send out a Revit File to consultants - complete with Linked Revit Models, Linked Cad, number keynotes etc.??

Thanks in advance.

Revit only combines the files on the viewing machine so you can not transmit them as one file.  They are independent files and their pathing has to be set in such a manner that when the revit file is opened, it can find the linked files.

Thank you very much for this info.

Would it be best to put Main File and the Linked files in a folder instead?. I'll link them all from within the folder. This way I could just send them the entire folder. Would this be a good way of doing it?
