Is it possible to combine elevation tags into one for an internal elevation i.e. one square or circle with 4 view direction arrows of it?? See attachment

Ok I got it, I changed the instance to internal, clicked on the single elevation marker & then checked each of the little check boxes on the other elevation directions that appeared, voila we have a four way internal elevation icon.
