Somebody must have done this, or at least help out creating one. I'm a shop detailer creating a new union, showing a 35mm Frame, as a connector/Union modified to be able to connect to all internal insulation thickness,, ie 25 to 100mm. Also having the option to recess the frames. Attached is my VAV with a TDF frame with some holes, but needs to be variable. I went about this wrong i think. Anyone help?

I'm surprised no one has answered this post. We too are having a similar problem. Can't seem to find a way to get recess frames working properly.
