I need to produce a 8.5"x11"addendum sketch of one of the columns that has changed in my graphical column schedule. All I need to show is the one column that changed. Problem is I can't crop the column schedule to hide the rest of the columns and I can't use a masking region either. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use a sketch overlay sheet. We do these for all addendum's where we do not want to issue a revised sheet. A sample of that used to be on the AUGI site. It is an 8.5x11 sheet with a masking region that you drop over-top of your working drawing sheet. It reads the sheet values and only displays a window of the original sheet.

WWHUB, I just read a post about the sketch overlay family as it deals with addundums. The thread had a link to AUGI site but is no longer active. Are you aware of any where else I could find out how to make this family Greg

I sent the original poster a copy of the family that had been posted on AUGI so I also sent it to you Greg. I do not have the credits of who created this so I don't feel comfortable posting it here. Mark did not respond with even a thank you .... I hope you do if it works for you.

Sorry about the late thank you. Mark was working 55 to 60 hours a week on a 110 million dollar job that was his second job he ever did in revit and he was the only draftsman on the job that knew revit. Thank you, Mark

Is this still the easiest way to work with addendums and issuing revisions without re-issuing the whole sheet? If so is the family you mentioned still floating around?
Addtionally, we have a sheet with mutiple elevations on it referencing the same keynote schedule. How would you suggest going about issuing a small portion of one elevation that still uses the same numbers as the original sheet?
Thanks!
