Hi, All. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Steve Fillipp, I'm an Architect in Lubbock, Texas. Have been a AutoCAD user almost since it was brand new, have been using Revit Architecture since Ver. 2009. If I may, I'd like to ask a question regarding professional seals. We have been using the electronic seals in AutoCAD format that we have used for years on CAD projects, imported into Revit. This has worked very well for us, but recently a consultant cautioned us against including CAD data in our Revit projects, and we've been struggling a bit with alternate methods, each of which has some serious drawbacks in our environment. Images don't seem to print as nice as the CAD objects, and for some reason don't print at all when printed to our our large format (KIP) printers. The 1/32" inch line segment limitation in Revit is a big issue on our PE seals, which in Texas are full of very small objects. Just looking for some info on what other folks are doing regarding this. Are we missing something simple, or should we just continue on with the CAD inserts? Thanks for any help that anyone can offer. Best regards, Steve Fillipp
