Sometimes, when I change a duct or pipe size, and Revit would normally give me an error (i.e. the transition is too long for the space provided and it forces the duct/pipe to go in the wrong direction), it looks like it is trying to give the error, but stalls halfway through and ends up crashing.  No opportunity to save, no backup, nothing.  I keep either losing an hour of work or else having to save before i change a duct size.

It does not happen every time, mind you...  Sometimes I get the normal error that my duct has been modified in the opposite direction or whatever, so I can cancel and be on my way.

I have attached a screen grab of the incident...  See the bottom right wimdow that popped up like it was going to give me an error, and then it stalls and gives me the "Revit has stopped working" business.

I just downloaded the latest service pack, and I am running on a 64 bit machine if that makes any difference to you.

Thanks in advance for your help!
