how to attach material to floor, or wall?
Or hatching, are there hatching in Revit ?

YOU will need to edit the wall or the floor-->edit/new click on your structure and apply material through accurender, which means you will see it only when you render, you can also apply the hatch pattern to the surface and to show up when you cut.
not infront of revit now...
