how it is possible to have some lines and use them as guide or helper lines but not having them in the print

if im getting the question, can you not use reference planes/lines as these dont print

Use grids!  Or detail lines, or whatever it takes -- it doesn't really matter because you should have a separate view for printing from, cleaned up, with unneccessary objects turned off. Don't use model lines though. 

 

When I use detail lines because snaps are uncooperative, I delete them afterward. 

 

As for snaps -- the automatic dimensions try to pick the most sensible thing to dimension from, but if they guess wrong you can grab the blue dot and pull it to what you want, and then enter a new value in the box to move your object.  Fastest way to rationalize everything.
