Hi, I have a quick question regarding the standard way to display the door swing in elevation. Usually, this is shown as a dash < or > on the door, and this is set up in the Revit door families. The problem I have is that the lines which make up the swing symbol wont show dashed, as my elevation is 1:100 - the dashes only show up if the elevation is around 1:10, which is obviously way to large. How to people deal with this, is there some way of getting the dashes to show up in these lines that I have missed? Cheers.

As in all things REVIT, this is controlled by object styles. Manage tab/ object styles / model objects / doors/ Elevation swing - line pattern. You can change this to a different line that will show dashed at that scale. Once you have it set as you like, set it in your template.
