I was browsing through the existing revit families in my imperial library. I noticed a device they use on several of the trusses is to array the web members. As the truss size is changed in the model bays will be added and eliminated according to the length. Pretty nice feature. Can you direct me to any tutorials or explain how this is done?

you can add a parameter to an array. an equation such as =Length/5'+1 would divide a length by 5' and add one (for a minimum of 2 in most cases) help should cover this, the help also lists a lot of information about equations and parameters.

Thanks I'll get into the help files. I assumed they didn't go into that kind of depth. zoommby
