Anyone ever have to render a building with a smooth cut Limestone finish. I could never find any textures - even at material / texture websites, that had a cut limestone block pattern. So, I took it upon myself and photographed the 16" x 32" blocks on a wall. However, when I render them, I get a striped look as shown on the attached file. I have also attached original photo along with a modified version with enhanced grout lines. Can anyone give me some help as to getting this to render as a more consistant surface pattern? Thanks.... also add this to your collection of materials.

That image is not good that's why you have that effect when you render, did you search in www.arroway-textures.com or in www.cgtextures.com ? Also, if you look at the bottom of this page (or in top too) you will see "Resources" (in orange letters), there you have much more sites with materials/textures you can use, take a look.... HTH
