Hey guys, Has anybody else had trouble with groups in 8.1. I have a project that was drawn in 8, then brought it over to 8.1(August and October Builds) and to navigate around the model space is nearly impossible. It lags for about 20secs every time I want to move/pan/zoom... anything. after removing the groups from the project which were detail lines one by one till they had all been deleted, the project started to get back to speed. Once I made some new groups and copied them around it started freezing up again. just for added information this is not because there is too much information in the project. it has a 3D site (about 3 Ha in size), a bit of line work and a bit of Detail Line work. I also tried this on several computers, one oldish and another brand new. If you have had a similar problem let me know, if not then keep your eyes pealed. I will keep you updated on the progress. Cheers Scotty V.
