I am trying to clean up the office template file and I have run into a small hiccup. I am cleaning/purging the filled region families in the template, however, two families do not display under Families -> Detail Items -> Filled Regions If I create a filled region in the model there are two options that show up in the drop down list which I don't want (both seem to be imported from AutoCAD at some point - .dwg at the end of the name), but these two don't seem to exist anywhere in the Project Browser. I went through everything in the browser trying to find them. Any ideas where else they may be?

I am doing the exact same thing with our office template file at the moment and have 2 filled region types which are not showing up in the browser.
Just wondering if you ever figured out how to remove them ?
Thanks in advance

Typically, when you can't delete something, there is an instance of it burried somewhere - like in a detail family or a group not being used...
I don't know if there are any system level regions that you can't delete - never heard of any - maybe something I can test later.

Thought I'd update on this.
I'd checked for any instances within the project and there were none anywhere.
Still can't work out why the filled regions weren't showing in the browser but all I did was go into Purge Unused and I could remove them from there.
Good thing about Revit is there is normally always an alternative solution somewhere.
