Hello all-

I was wondering if anyone has found a good process to create materials that are not included in the revit program itself. I have been able to import an image that I would like to use and have paste on the surface I want, but it is not seemless like the image materials that are already included with the program. Is there a trick to make a seamless image that I import? Or a good place to go to find more materials?

I was originally trying to create a horizontal cedar paneling for my exterior of a building I am working on.

 Any suggestions?

There are many posts on this subject.  Do some simple searches of the forums and be sure to read the similar posts shown on the bottom of any thread you open.

And as always, the HELP is a good place that you didn't look.  There you will find: Creating a Material and when you dig deeper thereyou will find all you need to know.
