Is there a way to flag or identify which views in your project browser have been placed onto sheets? We have a large project with dozens of views and I'm losing control of which have been placed onto sheets and which still need to find a home.

what first comes to my mind is try to re-place all the views onto a new sheet. Revit will show a message telling you that you cant place 2 times the same view in... so you can write down the ones that still are on the proyect browser only. Its going to take forever... but it will works.

Or if you have 2011 you can generate a schedule of all the views. I dont know if that can be done in 2010, i skip that version.

Thanks, that helps. I created an "unplaced views" schedule. The only problem is that it still doesn't address unplaced legends or schedules.

You can also set your project browser to filter/sort views on sheets.

Most use the method of how TKennedy sugguested by just filtering out all the views on sheets out of the project browser.  I really like this as it really cleans up the project browser.  The reason that neither method works for Schedules and Legends is because they can both be placed on multiple sheets.

I also organize my browser by "placed on sheet" and it's a life-saver.  As soon as a view is placed on a sheet it's whisked away to relative safety, leaving behind my dirty duplicate working version floorplans.
