Hi, I am trying to export my building to solids in order to create a lasercutting file. I am expecially interested in having the wall surface model patterns (metal panel walls) export as well in order to be able to score them with the laser. So far I have exported to DWG as solids but no patterns/hatches come through. Exporting to solids is important to avoid triangulation of the surfaces and also to maintain the wall join conditions which have been modeled in Revit to match the way they will be glued up in the physical model. Is there ANY file format, option, plugin, 3rd party software... which will make exporting a 3D model patterns possible from Revit ? Thank you for any help. JF
