I am setting up a new titleblock. I wanted to change the lineweights to thicker lines. I went under line weights and created a new one just for our titleblocks cause its the thicker line and we don't use it anywhere else. But when I select the line I have drawn and go to "Properties-Subcatory" i can't acess my new linetype. What am I doing wrong?

In a family "object styles" control your linetypes that are available...
Add a new object style and then the linetype will be available.
