I cant get the walls to clean up.

ive tried everything to get the walls to join up and clean up, but it defaults to this everytime. it gives me no other options in the edit wall joins commans. Its a bsic interior wall into a stacked wall.  here a screen shot.

Do those walls really intersect where your plan cut is?

Click on the blue button on the end of the interior wall.  Is it set to allow wall join?

Is the iside face of the stacked wall consistent as it comes up?  THat really should not make a difference but ...

I also suggest that you review this topic in your HELP:  Applying a Function to a Layer of a Compound Structure
