I downloaded a wine barrel off of Revit City, but once imported into my project I cannot rotate it 90 degrees so it is horizontal. I get an error message that reads "Can't draw because Work Plane is at a very sharp angle in this view. Go to another view or redefine the Work Plane" every time I try to rotate it. Any ideas?

Maybe try editing the family itself? Rotate the extrusion (or sweep or however it was created) in the family first and the load it into your project.
