Hello, is there any posibility to edit the cut profile to a structural floor with a metal deck in revit 2011. I mean if you can choose from a list of commercial profiles or edit some without making an inplace floor family. regards.

You mean you want to edit the profile of the deck or do you just want to edit the cut profile of where the deck ends? Obviously, you can do the later and you should have tried without posting. I doubt you can change the shape of the deck profile.

Yes you can change the profile of the decking. You can load custom profiles and select them in the dialog for the structural deck. You have to make sure the profile family is set to Structural slab deck as the Profile Usage value.

James, I guess I read his post wrong. I thought he wanted to edit the profile of the deck he had, not change the profile he was using. James has the answer for you.
